About rcv Mobile Claim Support Services
rcv Mobile Claim Support Services was created to provide the insurance industry with a "value added" resource to manage the property claims process by supporting the claim adjuster's need for precise, accurate, and expeditious information in the settlement of their client's property loss.
Our “Proactive” approach to the management of the property claims process has proven to be most cost effective, expeditious, and value added than a “reactive” solution when attempting to settle a property loss. Our proactive synergy utilizing the resources offered by rcv’s building consultant, restoration contractor, claims adjuster and the policy holder will provide a smoother transition from the start to the final claim settlement.
rcv’s founder, Rob Reynolds, brings over 40 plus years of experience in the insurance restoration industry with a focus on assisting, supporting, and managing the claim process ensuring a satisfactory settlement for all types of property losses.

Supporting the property claims process is defined by:
• The development of a scope of repair which is accurate and representative of the repairs required to reinstate the policy holder’s home with materials of like kind and quality as existed prior to the loss.
• Verification of the contractors restoration estimate is reflective of the costs to restore the policy holders home based on current market conditions for labour and material costs as opposed to a pre-determined industry pricing model found in computer generated software programs.
• Recognizing and acknowledging the policy holders preference to utilize their own resources in the selection of a contractor. Developing a good working relationship with the policy holder’s contractor in establishing a
reasonable value of the restorations to restore the policy holder’s home.
• Ongoing support during the restoration process to ensure repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively. Monitoring and controlling the scope of repair to ensure project budgets are maintained and any unforeseen additional projects costs are scrutinized and approved prior to commencing with the repairs.
• Ongoing communications with all parties during the restoration process ensuring a high level of commitment is maintained for a successful and satisfactory completion of the project.
